We want you to love your Zaluv jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
4. Ship It Back: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Timeline

• Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
